Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our work, which involves personalized publishing, editorial, and marketing services, most of our offerings are non-refundable once the process has begun.

3. Eligibility for Refund (If Applicable)

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:
- You have not received any service or deliverables within the promised timeframe due to our fault.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.

To request a refund in such cases, please contact us at support@barnesnnobleselfpublishing.com within 7 days of your purchase. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Payments are securely processed through Elite Book LLC and will reflect under this name on your billing statement.
